Flashback........ I was walking home that night, also known as base to me, and I dosed off while walking. I fell to the ground after dosing off. It was cold so I dose off a lot. I dreamt of a something that is and was painful for me to see. I never wanted to see him hurt and it was my fault he was gone, we were busies in the war fare camp back on cybertron. They used to call him soldier boy since he was one of the best fighters in the squad team back on cybertron. I used to be in the squad till I left the ranks. I used to hang out with him, his name was Jonathon, and we used to sleep in the same bunk room. We've known each other since we were protoform. Since we meet, to me and him it feels to us as if we met and stayed with each other since the dawn of time. While I dosed off I remembered what happened that one week and saw him as if I was living out a dream. A question ran through my head "is this real or am I dreaming?" I saw his face in front of me. Even though my eyes were closed
I could see it-
The skin of my arms prickled,
sweat dripped from my brow.
It was two in the afternoon but…
the sun was setting

I should have seen the hutch,
shelves lined with bone china
decorated with delicate leaves and vines.
I was so thirsty
and reaching for cups that should have been there.
Instead I found a billboard of butterflies,
the colors raging
more than any rainbow
I'd ever seen.
Their wings fluttered and flashed
yet somehow they moved in slow motion.
I wanted to stand,
wanted to reach out and touch them but…
I couldn't move,
and yet I laughed
ignoring my dry mouth
and the tingling in my feet.
There was a tempest
on the rise
and in my blood.
A sugar rush disguised
as a riot of butterflies
and they were swarming me.
